Breakfast will be served on the driving range for the participants of the American Express Golf Cup.

Pacifico Course – 1 Best Ball of two players. Golfers play their own ball and apply their individual handicap to their score. The lowest score will be recorded. Scorecard will have dots to show what holes grant them strokes.
Bahia Course – Two-person Scramble. The USGA recommends using a 35% handicap for player “A” and 15% handicap for player “B” when playing a two-person scramble format. Player “A” being the lower handicap.
Following tradition, live cooking stations along with beverage stations will be strategically located on both courses.

A Gourmet Beachside Luncheon in paradise presented by Chubb Insurance at Kupuri Beach Club, the most recent world-class addition to the Punta Mita collection of luxury experiences. Calgary’s River Café Chef Matthias Fong will prepare a 4-course menu inspired by local fresh products. Chef Abraham Salum presents a “Fish to Fork Punta Mita” as he honors the local fishermen with a beachside grill, featuring the catch of the day. He will incorporate some of his favorite Mexican sauces and sides paired with wines from Mexico’s Casa Madero Winery.

Bahía Restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita will welcome awarded Four Seasons Chef Nicolás Díaz Rosáenz as he takes us through an exquisite four-course menu of his inventive European-Argentinian fusion cuisine using fresh local ingredients.
